طريقة التحضير:
يُمزج الماء مع حليب المكثّف المحلّى، وحليب نيدو المجفّف، واللوز والهال المطحون، ومسحوق الأرز في قدر كبيرة. يُغلى المزيج مع الاستمرار في التحريك.
تُخفّف الحرارة ويُترك المزيج على نار هادئة لمدّة 10 دقائق. يُضاف إليه ماء الورد ثم يُرفع عن النار.
تُسكب المهلبية في أكواب وتُبرّد.
تُزيّن باللوز وتُقدّم.
